Navarino Nature Center Demonstration Site

Navarino Nature Center Demonstration Site is being controlled for spotted knapweed and autumn olive. All of the trails surrounding Navarino have been surveyed and control has begun. Spotted knapweed has been pulled throughout the trail system. The autumn olive along the trails will be cut and sprayed with herbicides. 

A boot brush station with informational signage will be placed at Navarino for trail users to brush off their shoes and learn more about invasive species.
