Forest Fest- July 27, 2024, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

Trees for Tomorrow, Eagle River, WI

All are welcome to attend Forest Fest! Attendees will learn about the heritage of the timber industry in Wisconsin. There will be a wide variety of demonstrations, exhibits, and hands-on activities for all ages!

Maple Hills Recreation Area Field Tour- August 9, 2024, 10 a.m.-12 p.m.

Join TIP and WHIP on a demonstration site tour of Maple Hills Recreation Area. We will be learning about the different methods of control used to manage common buckthorn and exotic bush honeysuckle and plans to restore the area.

Register for the event through the Natural Resources Foundation of Wisconsin website. The field trip is number 196 in the 2024 Field Trip Guidebook.
